This process mellows the raw onion into a perfect blend of flavors. Our onion wraps are a great low carb addition and can be used in place of tortilla or pita breads. Great for making wrap style sandwiches but can also be cut into bite sized squares and topped with your favorite spreads for a snack or lightly toasted and made into a crispy thin crust pizza. They are extremely versitle and are perfect for traveling.
Tip: If the Onion Wraps are not pliable enough, you can soften them with a spread or a spritz of water and they will get their flexability back.

Storage/shelf life: These wraps do not need to be refrigerated and have a six month shelf life in pantry storage. Keep in a cool dark place. Once original package is opened place them into an airtight (ziplock) package. They can be refrigerated and/or put in freezer to extend the shelf life but it is not neccessary for regular use.
